Background:
Somboon has been one of Thailand’s most successful MNC corporate executives.
In his two decades with Diethelm and Co Ltd (DKSH) he rose from a consumer products division department manager to the company’s President in Thailand and the parent company’s global head of consumer goods business unit.
At DKSH Thailand, Somboon was responsible for all operations and about 4,100 people. During his tenure, DKSH achieved tremendous growth.
Somboon is widely renown for his in-depth knowledge and and extensive experience in modern marketing.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Jose State University, USA and a Masters in Management from Sasin Graduate Institute of Chulalongkorn University. In 2001, he also successfully completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, USA.
